Description of problem:
Attached disk keeps in loading status when add disk to a power off VM
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.10.0
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as non-privileged user in UI
2. Create a PVC in Storage->PersistentVolumeClaims
3. Create a VM in Virtualization->Virtual Machines
4. Stop the VM
5. Add disk to the VM in VM page >Disk>Add disk-> Use an existing disk -> choose the pvc created in step2
6. Click Add button
Actual results:
Attached disk keeps in loading status when add disk to a power off VM, Size and storage class doesn't display correctly, please refer to the attachment
Expected results:
Attached disk's size and storage class display correctly and will not in loading status.

We only fix bugs for static plugin after they where reviewed and QE/Dev agreed they are critical for 4.10
