Description of problem:
On v4.11.0.rhel9-381, it shows no boot source everywhere: template page, catalog.
The error shows on customize wizard is:

Error "DataSource kubevirt-os-images/rhel9 does not exist" for field "spec.dataVolumeTemplates[0]".
