With https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CORS-1584 support was added to the installer to add add additional CA trust bundles to the cloud provider config. In HyperShift we already allow the specification of an additionalTrustBundle, however we need to ensure that it's synced to the cloud-provider-config in the guest cluster.
