Summary

Fully disable Renovate bot PRs for the HyperShift repository (openshift/hypershift).

Background

The repository currently has a renovate.json configuration that enables:

• Tekton task updates from Konflux mintmaker-presets
• Go dependency updates on main branch
• Security-only Go patch updates on release branches (4.16-4.21)

Since Renovate does not respect our commit or PR message rules, this creates more work than it provides. Instead we can make dependabot provide for these changes in a separate task.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Renovate is fully disabled for the repository
• [ ] No new Renovate PRs are created
• [ ] Changes are merged to main branch

Implementation

Add "enabled": false at the root level of renovate.json to disable all Renovate functionality while preserving the configuration for potential future re-enablement.
