      This epic tracks the work necessary to migrate hypershift AWS controllers to SDK-v2

      Functionalities need to be preserved

      Dependecy with golang sdk-v1 need to be fully removed

      A parameter flag to enable or disable the new golang sdk-v2 funcitionalities need to be introduced. This will prevent to fully migrate all the ROSA-HCP regions at the same time.
