So that we validate OADP functionality for Power architecture deployments

Context

IBM Cloud PowerVS enables HyperShift on Power architecture infrastructure. Need backup/restore
coverage using IBM Cloud storage services and Power-specific configurations.

Tasks

• Implement same-management cluster backup/restore tests
• Implement cross-management cluster restore tests
• Configure PowerVS-specific OADP settings (IBM Cloud Object Storage, Power volumes)
• Add PowerVS-specific validation steps
• Configure CI job for PowerVS backup/restore tests
• Document PowerVS-specific test configuration

Acceptance Criteria

• Same-cluster backup/restore tests implemented for PowerVS
• Cross-cluster restore tests implemented for PowerVS
• IBM Cloud Object Storage configuration and cleanup automated in tests
• Power architecture-specific validation implemented
• PowerVS-specific validation steps implemented
• CI job configuration completed for PowerVS tests
• Test documentation updated with PowerVS specifics
