Description

As a cluster administrator, I want to schedule automated backups through the Hypershift CLI so that I can ensure
regular backups without manual intervention.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add schedule command to Hypershift CLI
• Support cron-like scheduling syntax
• Allow schedule modification and deletion
• Provide schedule status and history
