Description

As a cluster administrator, I want to perform restore operations directly from the Hypershift CLI so that I can easily restore clusters from backups without external coordination.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add restore command to Hypershift CLI
• Support restore configuration and target selection
• Provide progress tracking and status updates
• Validate backup compatibility before restore

Technical Notes

• Integrate with existing restore infrastructure
• Include pre-restore validation checks
• Ensure proper error handling and rollback capabilities
