The dekorate version that is going to be used is 2.x. Compared to the dekorate versions used in previous releases, the most important changes are highlighted in https://github.com/dekorateio/dekorate#whats-changed-in-2x
Most of the changes are not expected to have a direct impact on our users (with only exception being some changes in annotation naming).
 
All of the changes are originating from upstream requirement and thus there are no JIRAs describing individual changes. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I need to provide additional information.
