      Currently the GitHub page for the JBoss Server Migration Tool does not include any information regarding error solving. Not even on a basic level.
      In order to combat this please extend the readme.md by providing an explanation to known errors.

      For this I have taken the first step and added a new bullet point explaining the "Migration failed" error message and proving a simple solution for it.
