Recently the structure of the WildFly galleon packs has changed. In a nutshell, now the galleon packs no longer depend on other galleon packs, see WFLY-14169 and WFLY-14170.

This change affects the jboss-server-migration tool integration in EAP 7.4.0.GA. The proposed solution is to integrate the tool in EAP by using only the galleon pack resources that the tool will make available and avoid the use of a pure Galleon Pack.
