Add support for migrations to WildFly 22.0, which should include:

• WildFly 22.0 server module
• Upgrade WildFly Core to version used by WildFly 22.0.0.Final
• Migration task to update Host-excludes configuration
• Migration task to add default configurations for the new Metrics extension and subsystem
• Migration task to add default configurations for the new Health extension and subsystem
• Migrations tasks to add the new default configurations for the MP extensions and subsystem
• Migrations from all supported WildFly servers (8.2 ... 21.0) to WildFly 22.0
• User Guides for all migrations to WildFly 22.0
