Migration galleon pack doesn't work with galleon-plugins update to 2.0.0.Alpha4 (https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/11438).

From discussion with Alexey:
"I realized we need to switch the migration feature-pack to galleon 2.x. I hoped we could have avoided that as we did for wildfly/wildfly-core but it's done differently there. Galleon 2.x is using a different config format, it can consume Galleon 1.x feature-packs but in this case dependency on different versions of core fails to resolve properly."
