The `openshift4` delivery namespace is an artifact from our initial CPaaS onboarding. In order to prevent confusion with our components being in the core payload we need to migrate out, to our own `compliance` namespace.

 - There is confusion WRT to the container grades and the responsibility of the images with the OpenShift team. With our own namespace, we are responsible  for tracking our container grades. The priority of migration tasks:

• 4.8 pipelines for both operators are set up anew
  • Meantime 4.6/4.7z errata for both are issued with UBI updates to address CVE fixes.
• 4.6/4.7 pipelines are changed to point to new dist-git and delivery repos
• Issue upstream releases and 4.6/4.7z errata to move to new images.
  • Upgrades between old and new namespaced images need to be properly tested.
