Currently selinuxd lives in a personal github repo and its releases are also pushed to a quay.io personal repo.
We should find a new home for selinuxd before we integrate SPO with OCP. Possible solutions are to make selinuxd a part of RHCOS (preferred, because would start on boot before any k8s components) or alternatively make it part of SPO upstream.

Acceptance criteria

• selinuxd is no longer developed in a personal github repo
• selinuxd releases are no longer pushed to a personal quay.io repo
