      Implement support for CIS OpenShift version 1.9.0

      Why is this important?

      • To keep the CIS guidance provided by the Compliance Operator consistent with the latest version supplied by CIS.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Must have CI running
      • Must have a ocp4 cis profile with version 1.9.0
      • Must have a ocp4 cis node profile with version 1.9.0
      • The ocp4 cis profile for 1.7.0 must be deprecated
      • The ocp4 cis node profile for 1.7.0 must be deprecated
