TestScheduledSuite fails intermittently during execution with a Kubernetes conflict error. This is caused by a race condition between the test execution and the ComplianceSuite controller.

This could be due to using an update on the ComplianceSuite object and a timing issue with other parts of the ComplianceSuite controller that are updating the suite.
