• Initial support for the BSI profile only include platfrom and OCP node checks, but there are controls at the RHCOS-level that are important to include

Why is this important?

Supports German users with requirements to align with BSI.

Acceptance Criteria

• Must have a BSI profile within the RHCOS profile bundle that installs by default with the Compliance Operator.
