Verify that the following profiles are no longer available in the default profile bundles when the operator is installed:

• ocp4-stig-v1r1
• ocp4-stig-node-v1r1
• rhcos4-stig-v1r1
• ocp4-stig-v2r1
• ocp4-stig-node-v2r1
• rhcos4-stig-v2r1
• ocp4-cis-1-4
• ocp4-cis-node-1-4
• ocp4-cis-1-5
• ocp4-cis-node-1-5

We can do this by simply installing the operator, waiting for the profile bundles to parse, and verifying those Profile CR do not exist.
