Description of problem:

After updating the network stack from Openshift-SDN to OVNKubernetes, alerts are getting triggered from complianceScan instances, using 1.6 version of the RedHat Compliance-Scan operator

This warning is coming from file_permissions_proxy_kubeconfig rule, We would need to suppress warning for that rule.
