Implement unique profile IDs

      The Compliance Operator profiles CRD lacks a unique ID, making it difficult for customers or other software (ACS) to reason about profiles without factoring in additional profile data like product types.

      This epic is to track the work to implement a unique ID in the Profile CRD to make it easier to interact with, especially programmatically.
