Enable the BPF recorder

      With moving to RHEL-9 we can enable the BPF recorder so that recording seccomp policies doesn't require the log enricher anymore. This is faster and more secure.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • profilerecording works with the bpf recorder the same way as it would for the logs recorder
