We're deprecating several SDN specific rules (or marking them SDN-only which would make them NOT-APPLICABLE by default on 4.12+) and in order to not lose coverage (esp CIS 1.1.9 and 1.1.10) we need to make sure we add the corresponding rules for OVN.

Looking at the OVN deamonsets, we need to make sure the ownership and permissions on the OVN socket and database are checked.
