FIO upstream index image does not work on 4.12

      Probably because it's built in February and therefore with a very old OPM version. I'm seeing:

       

      oc logs -nopenshift-marketplace file-integrity-operator-q2cd6

      Error: open db-408712440: permission denied

      This is blocking CI upgrade to 4.12.

       

      Acceptance criteria:

      • our CI scripts are able to install FIO from upstream catalogue on 4.12
