Since our CPaaS images build and bundle everything, the `freshmaker` builds that are enabled on our comet repos automatically, result in rebuilds of containers that are released under tags that go unused. And cause confusion. So we should disable this. It will require a ticket to the CLOUD WORKFLOW (or related) team.

In this list, the `latest` tag and related image tags should be removed. I suspect most of the container grading reports look at `latest`. We're using `0.1` tag as latest.
