The CPaaS config https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/cpaas-products/openshift-compliance/-/blob/rhaos-4.8-rhel-8/product.yml has a three-part release.version

  release:
    type: 'Y-stream'
    version: '0.1.48'

It used to reflect just the minor version, with no release version.

  release:
    type: 'Y-stream'
    version: '0.1'

We had to switch to the three-part for a CPaaS workaround at some point, but this adds a manual step into our release process. We should investigate switching back to the two-part (with the release version being sourced elsewhere).
