Kamel uninstall does not remove IntegrationPlatform in case of global operator

      On OCP 4.12, with  1.10.1CK4 installed as global operator via OperatorHub, I observe none of following deletes the integration platform camel-k created in openshift-operators namespace:

      • uninstallation from OperatorHub
      • kamel uninstall --all
      $ kamel uninstall --all -n openshift-operators
Camel K Integration Platform removed from namespace openshift-operators
Camel K Config Maps removed from namespace openshift-operators
Camel K Registry Secret removed from namespace openshift-operators
Camel K Platform Kamelets removed from namespace openshift-operators
OLM is available in the cluster
Camel K OLM service removed from namespace openshift-operators
[lfabriko@localhost camel-k]$ oc get ip -n openshift-operators
 NAME      PHASE
camel-k   Ready

      I observe the IntegrationPlatform is removed in case of namespaced operator.
