Motivation

We can install Camel K operator in two ways - global or namespace. Since namespace installation causes a lot of issues, global installation will be the only way going forward.

DoD

• Adjust all our downstream tests to use the global installation only
• Add mention about it into product documentation. Most likely in Camel K 2.3 release, there will be still namespace installation option, but should not be used by our customers
