Create splunk source and sink kamelets, covering the following actions (taken from the linked issue)

send events to Splunk for indexing using the HTTP Event Collector (HEC) with HTTPS as the default protocol .
send data to indexes in both to Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud
send events to Splunk using json
be notified when my errors occur in my action, like invalid HEC url, HEC not enabled, invalid token, invalid message, invalid index, etc.
get a notification that the events I have send to Splunk were processed successfully
transform the incoming events into the Splunk format
