The kamel CLI that is baked into the downstream Camel K operator image is not pointing to the right downstream operator images. Instead it points to the upstream images

This is a problem when doing a

kamel install -olm=false

I believe kamel install command is not a supported way to install Camel K so please set the priority accordingly.
