Today we hardcode the following args on the syncer:

• "--resources=configmaps"
• "--resources=deployments.apps"
• "--resources=secrets"
• "–resources=serviceaccounts"
  Is this the full supported set? Assume not. Most likely we need to allow the user to specify a list of resources in the RegisteredCluster.
