Customers expect that Cert-manager can also be used to manage endpoint certs for API server and Ingress.

Goal:

• Test managing certs for API Server and Ingress with cert-manager Operator for RedHat OpenShift. 
• List any gaps or concerns this may have for platform usability
• List recommendations for Design and Implementation of this feature. 
• Identify scope and level of effort for implementation 

Non-Goals:

• Any customer-facing documentation or implementation
