Implement e2e tests that validate the complete trust-manager integration workflow on an OpenShift (and MicroShift) cluster.

Sample Scenarios 

1. Feature gate tests: OpenShift with TechPreview FeatureSet and Operator featuregate
2. Deployment tests:
   1. Create TrustManager CR → trust-manager deployed
   2. Verify all resources created (SA, RBAC, Deployment, Services, etc.)
   3. Verify deployment is running and healthy
3. Configuration tests:
   1. Custom trust namespace
   2. SecretTargets enabled
   3. DefaultCAPackage enabled
4. MicroShift specific tests (if any)

NOTE: If the e2e tests are covered in the previous implementation stories, then close this one as Won't Do.
