Release epic for cert-manager-operator.v1.18.0 targeting OpenShift v4.17-v4.21.
Acceptance criteria:
- Operator is based out of upstream cert-manager v1.18 with no known fixable regression bugs (with all e2e test cases, QE test matrix and upgrades from v1.17 passing)
- OCPSTRAT-1987: NetworkPolicy(ies) are adopted by the operator and applied on the cert-manager operand upon user customization
OCPSTRAT-1974: Istio-CSR GARFE-6735/CM-589: Highly Available (HA) cert-manager enablementRFE-2723 /RFE-5359: Trust-Manager Automatically Mount CA-bundle trust certificates to each container
