Routes functionality was delivered in 4.16. This epic is to document an end-end deployment using cert-manager as the source of ExternalCertificates. This will provide customers with details on how to use Routes with cert-manager. 

Goal:

Provide 1 example in docs for End-end workflow of cert-manager as ExternalCertificate provider for Route 

LetsEncrypt or any other ACME issuer supported by RH cert-manager operator 

Non-Goals: Test/Document all workflows and all combinations is NOT a goal as this is for GA of the Route functionality and beyond the current scope.
