Existing test cases for the operator are trigered via go Test* funcs. Aim was to extend it to use Ginkgo instead.

The current set of test cases which have to refactored to use ginkgo:

1. Self signed test
2. ACME Ingress test
3. Self signed -> CA with renewal test
4. Overrides test
