For EAP 8.1, the images should be created in Konflux. At the moment Cekit is not supported by Konflux, and we need to provide a process to convert the upstream repo files to a Konflux format (a Dockerfile and modules folder).
We will use https://github.com/cekit/actions-setup-cekit to do that work.

For a first sync we will do a manual commit of the output of the cekit.
