The EAP7 runtime image does not provide the com.redhat.deployments-dir label

    Description

      The labels in the builder image (which was also the runtime image prior to EAP 7.3) include this label:

      com.redhat.deployments-dir="/opt/eap/standalone/deployments"

      You can see this in https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/jboss-eap-7/eap73-openjdk8-openshift-rhel7/5df3b3fbdd19c77896ecced3?container-tabs=dockerfile

      As can be seen at https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/jboss-eap-7/eap73-openjdk8-runtime-openshift-rhel7/5df3b2dbbed8bd66f8134fc3?container-tabs=dockerfile, the EAP 7.3 runtime image does not have this label.

      This breaks tooling integration that relies on that label to understand where to copy deployments, thus causing JBIDE-27591.
