Fix behave tests that are using DNS_PING and do not set OPENSHIFT_DNS_PING_SERVICE_NAME

    Description

      Since 7.4.0.Beta, OPENSHIFT_DNS_PING_SERVICE_NAME environment variable cannot be empty and it is mandatory to properly configure the DNS_PING protocol for the clustering discovering mechanisms.

      If OPENSHIFT_DNS_PING_SERVICE_NAME the server will not start. Behave tests now have to be corrected to take into account this new situation.
