[RH-SSO 70] sso70-1.4-14 image is officially deprecated but not removed from the OpenShift Templates/ImageStreams

      1. Install any OpenShift v4.x cluster (v4.6.x) if you want to check on the latest one.

      2. Switch to openshift namespace where all templates and imagestreams are being stored with the help of samples operator.

      $ oc project openshift

      $ oc describe istag redhat-sso70-openshift:1. | grep url=https

      The SSO "imagestream" definition [0] still consist of a deprecated image of tag v1.4-14

      Due to this, the "samples operator" keep including the deprecated images through the templates in the latest OCP release as well.

      In order to maintain the "samples operator" with the latest templates and imagestreams, it would be better if we could remove the deprecated tag as early as possible.
