setting prefix of smallrye metrics is breaking image build

    Description

      The openshift tuning of the EAP CD default config contains the modification of the prefix that is actually useless (done in the wildfly-to-product).
      Now that standalone.xml doesn't contain smallrye metrics, this adjustment fails.
      It needs to be removed.
