Refactor 7.3.x and XP 1.0 tests

With the current behave features being located in jboss-eap-modules 7.3.x branch, we can't have a clean picture with respect to tests run.
We are proposing here to:

• Remove tests that are not applicable to xp 1.0 from jboss-eap-modules 7.3.x tests/features
• Introduce tests directory in jboss-eap-7-openshift-image:7.3.x branch containing removed tests.
• Adapt CD specific tests (only 2 tests that check against labels and image name) for 7.3.1 in new tests directory.
• Introduce eap-xp/tests directory in jboss-eap-7-openshift-image:7.3.x branch containing subset of removed tests that can be adapted to XP 1.0
• Add new tests specific to XP 1.0 in eap-xp/tests directory
