The JDK 11 name field in the templates clash with the JDK versions causing them to overwrite the JDK 8 templates if they are installed. A user should be able to import both sets of templates.

This also applies to the description field for OCP 3.x console, so adding the JDK version there should make this clear. (The description field doesn't cause issues other than with display.)
