Extract config.xml and provisioning.xml files from jboss/eap/galleon module in jboss-eap-modules/master to jboss/eap/galleon/config/ee
Extract wildfly-user-feature-pack-build.xml file from jboss/eap/galleon module located in jboss-eap-modules/master to jboss-eap-7-image/eap-cd-dev eap-cd-galleon module. This file content depends on the image we are building. The dependencies are not the same for CD19/ EAP 7.3.x and MPXP 1.0 so can't be in jboss-eap-modules/master branch that contains content unrelated to a product.
Evolve the jboss-eap-7-openshift-image/eap-cd-dev image.yaml to install the new modules.
