Prometheus usage of logging in prometheus-opts

The file https://github.com/jboss-openshift/cct_module/blob/master/jboss/container/prometheus/bash/artifacts/opt/jboss/container/prometheus/prometheus-opts sources logging.sh file although it doesn't seem needed.

If that happens that logging is actually needed in some other context, the prometheus module should express a dependency on the logging module to have logging be installed when prometheus get installed.
