The module jboss/container/eap/cd/latest (https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-eap-modules/blob/master/jboss/container/eap/cd/latest/module.yaml) shouldn't be present in jboss-eap-modules:master, it contains specific version bound to a release. We don't need it at all.We should remove it and move the WILDFLY_VERSION env var it contains to jboss-eap-7-image eap-cd-env:18.0 module and have the modules it depends on directly in the image.yaml. Doing so no more release specific module in jboss-eap-modules:master.

For 7.3 we directly add WILDFLY_VERSION env var in the jboss-eap-7-image:<branch> eap-7-env:7.3
