Steps to Reproduce:

keycloak.sh incorrectly assumes keytool exists within $JAVA_HOME/jre/bin which does not exist in openjdk11 images, keytool is located in JAVA_HOME/bin/

In the same file currently, keytool is invoked with no specific path, so assuming it is on the path is probably a safe thing to do as well as adding a test for the image to ensure it is found.
