[7.2.x] Missing LOGGER-CATEGORY in config breaks tests

      The EAP 7.2 configs are missing <!-- ##LOGGER_CATEGORY## --> and the associated script to configure it (from CLOUD-3102). This also applies the CLOUD-3233 fixes to correct the test whitspace issues.
