Clarify versioning labels and env vars in EAP CD images

    Description

      The standalone image used for EAP CD includes these labels:

          - name: "org.jboss.product"
      value: "eap"
    - name: "org.jboss.product.version"
      value: "7.2.0"
    - name: "org.jboss.product.eap.version"
      value: "7.2.0"

      and these env vars:

          - name: "JBOSS_PRODUCT"
      value: "eap"
    - name: "JBOSS_EAP_VERSION"
      value: "7.2.0-cd"
    - name: "PRODUCT_VERSION"
      value: "14.0"

      Task here is to reexamine those for CD 15 and ensure they are what we want. The references to 7.x.0 in particular are suspect.
