JWS Tomcat 8 image has out-of-date proxy-options script

      Demonstrate missing wildcard issue proxy_options which was resolved in https://github.com/jboss-openshift/cct_module/commit/e91bb65 :

       # docker run --rm -it registry.access.redhat.com/jboss-webserver-3/webserver31-tomcat8-openshift  /bin/bash
 # source /opt/run-java/proxy-options
 # no_proxy=".example.com,.foo.com"
 # proxy_options 
  -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=".example.com|.foo.com"

      The latest JWS3 image has an out-of-date proxy-options script and image needs to be rebuilt with latest os-java-run version.
